腰痹通胶囊配合针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎38例

[目的]观察腰痹通胶囊配合针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。[方法]将强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=38)和对照组(n=32),治疗组在口服中药腰痹通胶囊的基础上配合针刺大椎、身柱、腰阳关、华佗夹脊等穴位,1个月为1个疗程,观察晨僵时间、扩胸试验、Schobers’氏试验、指地试验、血沉、枕墙距的变化。[结果]与对照组相比,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]腰痹通胶囊配合针刺能明显改善强直性脊柱炎患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Treating 38 cases with ankylosing spondylitis by Yaobitong Capsule coordinating with acupuncture

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS) by Yaobitong Capsule coordinating with acupuncture.[Method] The patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38) and control group(n=32).Patients in the treatment group were treated by Yaobitong Capsule with needling at the same time on the acupuncture points of Darzhui,Shenzhu,Yaoyangguan,Huatuojiaji,and so on.During a month treatment,the changes in the morning stiffness(h),chest expanding(cm),Schober(cm),finger pointing(cm),ESR(mm/h),and the distance from the pillow to the wall were observed.[Results] Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was surpassed the control one(Zc=-2.467,P<0.01).[Conclusion] Clinical symptoms in patients with ankylosing spondylitis can be obviously improved by coordinating Yaobitong Capsule with acupuncture.
