乳安片对大鼠乳腺增生及调节激素水平研究

目的] 研究乳安片对大鼠乳腺增生及调节激素水平的研究。方法] 建立大鼠乳腺增生模型,灌胃给予乳安片(高、中、低3个剂量组)4周,测定乳头直径及长度,计算乳头体积;血清中雌二醇(E₂)、孕酮(P)、泌乳素(PRL)及睾酮(T)含量。取胸前第1、2对乳房乳腺、子宫卵巢称质量,计算脏器系数;取乳腺组织做组织病理学检查。结果] 乳安片高、中、低剂量组能够显着减小乳腺增生大鼠乳头直径、长度及乳腺体积,显着减轻乳腺质量、乳腺系数和子宫卵巢系数;明显降低乳腺增生大鼠血清E₂、PRL和E₂/P含量,增加血清中T和P含量;减少乳腺小叶数、小叶腺泡数、乳腺腺泡数目及腔内分泌物。结论] 乳安片能够通过调节乳腺增生大鼠的性激素水平,改善增生乳腺的形态学变化,对大鼠乳腺增生病具有显着的治疗作用。关键词:乳安片;乳腺增生;雌二醇;孕酮

Study on effect of Ru An tablets on hyperplasia of mammary glands and hormone level in rats

Objective] To study the effect of Ru An tablets on hyperplasia of mammary glands and hormone level in rats. Methods] After hyperplasia of mammary glands was induced in rats, the rats were given Ru An tablets with lavage administration at high, middle, and low dose respectively for four weeks. The diameter and length of the nipple were measured and the size of the nipple was calculated. The contents of serum estradiol (E₂), progesterone, prolactin (PRL) and testosterone were measured. The first and second pair of mammary glands were harvested, uterus and ovary were weighted to calculate the organ coefficients. The pthological examination of the mammary glands tissue was also conducted. Results] All of the three doses of Ru An tablets could markedly decrease the diameter of nipple, length and size of the nipple of rats with proliferation of mammary glands, reduce markedly the weight of mammary glands and the coefficients of the mammary glands, and the coefficient of ovary and uterus, effectively decrease serum E₂, PRL and E₂/P level, increase the serum content of progesterone and testosterone and reduce the number of mammary gland flocculus, lobular gland bubble, mammary gland bubble and section in the cavity. Conclusion] Ru An tablets has therapeutic effect on cyclomastopathy in rats by regulating sex hormone, improving morphology of hyperplasy mammary gland.
