摘    要:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)开发的“医院科研产出统计分析与评价数据库”中的医学领域学者学术论文,建立吉林省医学领域学者学术论文数据库,从学者的论文产出、论文引用情况及论文的传播影响力3个层面构建医学领域学者学术影响力计算模型,利用Pearson相关分析对各计量指标进行相关分析,评价计算模型对各计量指标的拟合效果,并采用基于最优尺度变换的多重对应分析方法验证模型的可靠性。结果发现除了第一作者发文量指标以外,其余各计量指标与学者的评分总和具有较强的相关性,并且相关系数具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明构建的模型拟合度较好。基于最优尺度变换的多重对应分析结果显示,职称等级和所在医院等级越高的学者学术影响力评分等级越靠前,进一步验证了模型的可靠性。

Abstract:The database of academic papers for medical scholars in Jilin Province was established by retrieving their academic papers from "statistical analysis and assessment database of scientific production in hospitals" developed by CNKI. The academic impact calculation model of medical scholars was established, which includes the production, citations and dissemination of their academic papers. The relationship between different metrical parameters was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, the fitting efficacy of different metrical parameters in the model was assessed, and the reliability of the model was verified by multiple correspondence analysis based on optical scale transformation, which showed that the different metrical parameters except for the number of papers published by the first authors were closely related with the total score of medical scholars (P<0.05), indicating that the fitting of the established model is good. Optical scale transformation-based multiple correspondence analysis showed that the higher the academic title of medical scholar was and the higher the class of hospitals was, the higher the academic impact score of medical scholars was, which further verified the reliability of the model.
