急性A型主动脉夹层合并肾脏灌注不良的研究进展

急性A型主动脉夹层起病急，病情凶险，尽管手术技术不断提高，手术并发症及死亡率仍然居高不下。急性A型主动脉夹层常常会累及分支动脉，导致重要的组织器官缺血和功能损害，引起器官灌注不良，其中术前肾脏灌注不良发生率较高，目前很少有研究关注急性A型主动脉夹层合并术前肾脏灌注不良，本文就急性A型主动脉夹层合并术前肾脏灌注不良的发病机制、发病率、危险因素、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断、治疗策略及预后进行综述。

Research progress of acute type A aortic dissection with renal malperfusion

The onset of acute type A aortic dissection is acute and the condition is dangerous. Despite the continuous improvement of surgical techniques, the surgical complications and mortality are still high. Acute type A aortic dissection often involves branch arteries, leading to ischemia and functional damage of important tissues and organs, resulting in organ malperfusion. Among them, the incidence of preoperative renal malperfusion is relatively high. Few studies have focused on acute A type aortic dissection with preoperative renal malperfusion. This article reviews the pathogenesis, incidence rate, risk factors, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnosis, treatment strategies and prognosis of acute A type aortic dissection with preoperative renal malperfusion.
