| 摘 要： | 目的：评估中医药治疗糖尿病患者周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCTs)研究的方法学质量。方法：通过机检和手检获得发表的中医药治疗DPN的RCTs文献,按循证医学原则和中医药临床研究规范对文献进行评价。结果：相关中医药治疗DPN的文献共：182篇,其中RCTs56篇,单组样本量大于50例8篇,采用安慰剂对照5篇,无一篇文献提及随访。结论：中医药治疗DPN的临床RCTs研究的方法学质量需待提高。

Methodological Evaluation of Randomized Controlled Trials of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treatment by Chinese Medicine Herb |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the quality of the methodology of the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)treated by Chinese medicinal herbs.Methods:The papers of the control trials of clinical therapeutic studies about DPN treated by Chinese medicinal herbs were obtained by computer or manual searching and were analyzed according to the criteria of the handbood of Cochrane collaboration in 1997 and the principle of the clinical study about Chinese medicinal berbs.Results:One hundred eighty two papers of the control trials were published in 25 kinds of journals.Among them,there were 56 papers of RCTs(30.8%),8 papers of the control trials of which the sample quantity of each group was over 50 cases,and 5 papers versus placebo.No information about the follow up was noted in the group of ECTs.Conclusion:The quality of the methodology of the RCTs on DPN treated by Chinese medicinal herbs needs improving. |
