摘    要:目的探讨血清高总胆固醇(TC)+低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)发病危险性的预测作用。方法选取362例冠心病患者,于清晨空腹抽静脉血,测出血TC、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、HDL-C含量,统计血脂异常患者的例数,并与对照组进行比较。结果 CHD组和对照组的年龄、性别无显著性差异。CHD组TC值高于对照组(P0.05),HDL-C值低于对照组(P0.01);CHD组低HDL-C、高TC+低HDL-C、血脂异常总数发生率均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论低HDL-C是冠心病的危险因素,高TC+低HDL-C较高TC+高LDL更能预测发生冠状动脉疾病的危险性。

Study on the dependablity between TC and HDL-C and the morbid risk of CHD

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prediction function of high total cholesterol(TC) + low high -density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in detecting the morbid risk of CHD for the patients with coronary atherosclerotic herat disease (CHD).Methods Three hundred and sixty-two CHD patients were chosen to measure their VB contents of TC 、LDL-C、HDL-C.Patients with dyslipidemia were counted and compared with the control group.Results There was no significant difference in age and sex between the CHD group and the control group. TC value of the patients in CHD group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05), while the HDL-C value was lower than that of the control group (P0.01). The value of low HDL-C、high TC+ low HDL-C and the incidence in total number of dyslipidemia of patients in the CHD group was higher than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Low HDL-C is a risk factor of CHD. If the high TC+ low HDL-C ratio gets higher, TC+ high LDL-C can predict the occurrence of coronary artery disease risk.
