湖北产猪牙皂中刺囊酸含量的动态变化

摘    要:目的研究不同采收期猪牙皂中刺囊酸的含量变化,为确定猪牙皂药材最佳采收期提供依据。方法 2008年9月至12月采集湖北随州猪牙皂共10批,采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX-C18柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.036 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液,体积比72 28(磷酸调pH3.2),流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,检测波长:215 nm。结果不同采收期猪牙皂药材中刺囊酸含量差异显著。10个批次猪牙皂中刺囊酸的含量分别为0.158%、0.164%、0.179%、0.204%、0.200%、0.201%、0.186%、0.183%、0.177%、0.168%(质量分数g.g-1)。其中10月中旬的含量最高达0.204%。结论猪牙皂的最佳采收期为每年的11月中旬。

Abstract:Objective To study the variation of echinocyctic acid content in Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis at different collecting period,and supply evidence for determining the optimal collecting period.Methods Ten batch Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis were collected in Suizhou from September to December 2008.Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)was taken to determine echinocystic acid content.The Agilent ZORBAX-C18(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile-0.036 mol·L-1 potassium dihapdrugem phosphate solution(v/v,7228)(adjusted pH to 3.2 with phosphoricacsd),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 215 nm.Results Content of echinocystic acid in the samples collected in various periods is significant difference.The content of 10 batch of Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis were 0.158%,0.164%,0.179%,0.204%,0.200%,0.201%,0.186%,0.183%,0.177%,0.168%(g·g-1)respectively.The content is the highest in the middle of October.Conclusion The optimal collecting period of Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis is in the middle of November.
