硝普钠及脑缺血再灌流对海马本部cGMP 合成及分布的差异研究

摘    要:目的探讨硝普钠及脑缺血再灌流对海马本部cGMP合成及分布差异研究。方法嵌夹沙土鼠的双侧颈总动脉制造脑缺血模型,应用免疫荧光组织化学染色方法。结果硝普钠及脑缺血再灌流后增加海马区cGMP合成,cGMP阳性细胞主要分布于海马本部放射层及腔隙分子层。硝普钠加脑缺血再灌流海马本部锥体细胞层有少量cGMP阳性细胞。结论硝普钠及脑缺血再灌流增加cGMP的合成。

Abstract:Aim To observe effect of sodium nitroprusside and recirculation following cerebral ischemia on cGMP production and, distribution in gerbil hippocampus. Method Bilateral occlusion of common carotid arteries and immunofluorescent stain methods in gerbil hippocampal tissue slice were used. Result Sodium nitroprusside and recirculation following cerebral ischemia lead to a rise in hippocampus cGMP concentration, cGMP positive cells mainly distributed in rediatum layer and molecular layer in the CA1 subfield. There are a few cGMP positive cells in the pyramidal layer of CA1 subfield after recirculation following cerebral ischemia plus sodium nitroprusside group. Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside and recirculation following cerebral ischemia incrcased cGMP production in gerbil hippocampus .
