视网膜电图和视觉诱发电位与慢性青光眼的早期诊断

目的 探索图形视网膜电图（pattern electroretinogram PERG)和图形视觉诱发电位（pattem visnal evoked potential,P-VEP)对慢性青光眼的诊断价值。方法 对67例慢性青光眼采用P－ERG和V－VEP检测，观察指标：P－ERG的b波波幅（AB50）及其潜伏时（LB50），P－VEP的P100波幅（AP100）及其潜伏时（LP100），定量中心视野的总灰度值。结果：（1）AB50、LB50、AP100和LP100对慢性青光眼的阳性检出率分别为91．04％、38．06％、67．16％和76．12％。（2）中心视野总灰度值为AB50和AP100呈显著的负相关关系，与LB50和LP100呈显著的正相关关系。结论 P－ERG和P－VEP可以为慢性青光眼的早期诊断提供客观的临床依据，P－ERG和P－VEP与青光眼视功能的损害程度密切相关，可对对青光眼的定量诊断有一定价值。

STUDY OF ELECTRORETINOGRAM AND VISUAL-EVOKED POTENTIAL FOR EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF CHRONIC GLAUCOMA

Objective To explore the early diagnosis of chronic glaucoma with pattern electroretinogram (P ERG) and pattern visual evoked potential (P VEP). Methods 76 cases of chronic glaucoma were examined with P-ERG, P VEP and quantitative central perimetry. The observing index were as follows: amplitude of b waves on P ERG (AB50), the latency of b waves in P ERG (LB50), the amplitude of P100 wave in P-VEP (AP100), the latency of P100 waves in P VEP (LP100) and the gross gray value. Results The positive rates of AB50, LB50, AP100 and LP100 were 91.04%, 88.06%,67.16% and 76.12% respectively. There were remarkably negative relation between the gross gray value and AB50, AP50, while positive correlation were shown obviously between the gross gray value and LB50, LP100. Conclusion P-ERG and P-VEP and offer external clinic base for the early diagnosis of chronic glaucoma. The P ERG and P VEP are closely related with the degree of the damage of visual function in chronic glaucoma. The examination with P ERG and P VEP has definite value to the diagnosis of glaucoma.
