| 摘 要： | ３３例异位妊娠误诊为宫内孕而行人工流产术。年龄２０～３８岁，人流术后一周内得以明确诊断１７例，７～１５天明确诊断１０例。３３例均经手术及病检证实。认为人流术前提高对异位妊娠的警惕，术后仔细检查宫腔刮出的组织物是防止和减少误诊的关键。 |

| Abstract: | This paper reported that 33 Cases of ectopic pregnancy,which were diagnosed wrongly as intrauterine pregnancy,were operated with artifical abortion from March 1988 to December 1995.we thimk the doctors must be on guard against ectopic pregnancy before the operations and check Carefully the embryo tissue after the operations It is key to prevent and diagnose Correctly. |
