| 摘 要： | 目的分析配合试验在血小板输注无效(PTR)患者中的运用效果。方法采用简易致敏红细胞血小板血清学技术(SEPSA)对我院85例5次以上输血(至少2次输血小板)患者进行调查分析,检测血小板相关抗体,观察血小板配合性输注的效果。结果 85例多次输血患者发生PTR 15例(17.65%),其中血小板抗体阳性9例(60%),成功配型6例(66.67%)。结论血小板抗体可直接导致PTR,配合性输注可提高血小板输注效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of cross-matched test in the platelet transfusion refractoriness(PTR).Methods SEPSA was used to examine blood platelet related antibody in 85 patients who were repeatedly transfused blood over 5 times(including at least 2 times of platelet),the effect of platelet transfusion after cross-matched transfusion was observed.Results There were 15 cases of PTR in 85 patients(17.65%),9(60%)were found positive of platelet antibody,and 6(66.67%)were successfully cross-matched.Conclusion Platelet antibodies lead to PTR directly,and cross-matched transfusion can enhance the effect of platelet transfusion. |
