| 摘 要： | 探讨糖尿病肾病的进展与大动脉硬化的关系.结果 发现糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度 (CIMT)与尿白蛋白/肌酐显著正相关,与肾小球滤过率显著负相关.提示有微量白蛋白尿的糖尿病患者,CIMT的增厚预示其糖尿病临床肾病发生的风险增加. |

| Abstract: | The association of the progress of diabetic nephropathy with the sclerosis of major artery was investigated.Carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) was positively correlated with urinary albumin and creatinine ratio,and negatively correlated with glomerular filtration rate in diabetes group,suggesting that thickened CIMT may predict the increasing risk of clinical nephropathy in the patients with microalbuminuria. |
