牙列缺损患者口腔焦虑状况的调查分析

目的 分析牙列缺损患者的口腔焦虑状况.方法 采用改良牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)对286例牙列缺损患者进行问卷调查和统计分析.结果 286例牙列缺损患者中,有12.2％ (35/286)的患者牙科焦虑量表(DAS)评分≥13分,存在口腔焦虑状况;不同阶段患者焦虑水平的比较发现,牙体预备时焦虑水平DAS评分最高(2.3±0.6)分,其次为修复前(2.1±0.8)分;最后为候诊时(1.9±0.5)分;3个阶段焦虑水平DAS评分差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.01).结论 牙列缺损患者中存在口腔焦虑情况,其相关因素很多,其中牙体预备时的疼痛为最恐惧的因素,社会应给予口腔焦虑患者更多的关心,帮助做好心理诱导,减少口腔焦虑症的发生.

The survey of oral anxiety on patients with dentition defects

Objective To analysis oral anxiety situation on patients with dentition defection. Methods By Modified Dental Anxiety Scale （DAS） , WE conducted a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of 286 cases with dentition defects. Results IN 286 cases dentition defects, 12.2% patients who DAS score were above 13. They were of severe dental anxiety status. In the comparison of the anxiety levels of patients with different stages, it is found that anxiety level in the stage of tooth preparation had the highest DAS score （2.3±0.6 ） scores, followed by tooth preparation stage （ 2.1±0.8 ） scores ; and then the waiting time （ 1.9±0.5 ） scores. The DAS score of anxi- ety level of three stages showed significant differences （ all P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Dentition defect in patients with oral anxiety situation is more serious. It＇s related to many factors. The pain of the tooth preparation is the most serious factor. More care and more mental induction should be given to patients with oral anxiety by our society, in order to reduce the occurrence of oral anxiety disorders.
