安宫牛黄丸辅助治疗重型手足口病临床观察

目的 观察辅助安宫牛黄丸治疗重型手足口病的临床疗效.方法 将60例重型手足口病患儿完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组采用利巴韦林、人血免疫球蛋白、降温、降低颅内压等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用安宫牛黄丸,8 ～12个月患儿每次1/6丸,1岁＜年龄≤3岁者每次1/4丸,1次/d,均以5d为1疗程.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义[90.0％ (27/30)比73.3％ (22/30),P＜0.05],且在改善症状、体征(肢体抖动、体温、肌阵挛)等方面优于对照组.结论 安宫牛黄丸辅助治疗重型手足口病有一定的疗效.

The clinical observation of angong niuhuang pill in treatment of heavy hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Angong Niuhuang pill in treatment of heavy hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Totally 60 cases of heavy hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into therapy group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases randomly. The control group was treated with only conventional methods such as Ribavirin, Glucocorticoid and Immunoglubulin. The therapy group was treated with conventional methods and accompanied with Angong Niuhuang pill. The patients of 8 months to 12 months old had 1/6 pill every time. And the patients of 1 years to 3 years old had 1/4 pill every time. All the patients of therapy group had Angong Niuhuang pill once a day. Five days was a treatment peroid. Results The total efficiency rate of therapy group was significantly higher than that of control group [ 90. 0% （ 27/30 ） vs 73.3% （ 22/30 ）, P 〈 0. 05], and the improvement of symptom and physical sign was better in therapy group. Conclusion Angong Niuhuang pill has a significant efficiency in treatment of heavy hand-foot-mouth disease.
