头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗ICU患者下呼吸道革兰阴性菌感染的临床观察

目的 观察注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的安全性及有效性.方法 选取诊断为下呼吸道感染革兰阴性菌感染ICU住院患者27例,其中1例因不良反应退出研究,故以26例计算总有效率.确诊后24 h内给予注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠2.0g/次,对肝肾功能受损者给予1.0g/次,1次/12 h,分等量静脉滴注,疗程7～14 d.结果 临床不良反应发生率为3.7％(1/27)；总有效率100.0％(26/26).结论 注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗ICU患者下呼吸道革兰阴性菌感染安全有效,患者耐受性良好.

Treatment of ICU patients with gram negative bacterial infection in lower respiratory tract withcefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection

Objective To observe the safety and effect of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection on lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Twenty-seven patients in ICU with Gram negative bacterial infection in lower respiratory were injected 4. 0 g of eefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium daily. Patients with liver and kidney function impairment were injected 2. 0 g daily. They were injected equal daily dosage every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days. Results The rate of clinic adverse reaction was 3.7% （ 1/27 ） and total effective rate was 100. 0% （ 26/26 ）. Conclusion Treatment of ICU patients with gram negative bacterial infection in lower respiratory with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium injection is safe and effective; drug tolerance is good.
