摘    要:目的 对比研究心理护理对螺旋CT增强扫描病人检查成功率的影响。方法 2 0 0 2年6月~2 0 0 4年1月对进行螺旋CT增强扫描的病人5 0 0例随机分为实验组( 2 6 5例)和对照组( 2 35例)。实验组检查前进行心理护理,对照组未进行心理护理,比较2组检查前血压和心率的变化、造影过程中不良反应的发生情况及所获得的CT图像质量。结果 实验组检查前收缩压、心率波动低于对照组,检查过程中不良反应发生率实验组低于对照组,CT图像运动性伪影的出现实验组低于对照组,进行卡方检验,P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性。结论 CT增强扫描前的心理护理能有效地降低和减轻增强扫描的应激反应,获得更好的CT诊断图像

Abstract:Objective This article is aimed to research how mental care affects the succeeding rate of patients who will receive spiral computed tomography reinforced scan check. Methods From Jun, 2002 to Jan, 2004 500 such patients were randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group (265 patients) and a contrastive group (235 patients). Patients of the first group received mental care before the check, while patients of the second group did not. Then the blood pressure, heart rate change, adverse reactions during the visualization process and the quality of the CT images of patients from both groups were compared. Results Compared with patients from the contrastive group, patients from the experimental group showed a lower systolic pressure and heart rate change before the check, a lower occurrence of ill reactions during the process, and a lower occurrence of motor artifact of CT images. After a chisquare test, P<0.05, an evident difference were found. Conclusion Mental care before the reinforced scan check can efficiently reduce stress reactions brought by the reinforced scan and help obtain better CT diagnostic images.
