血府逐瘀汤合栝蒌薤白半夏汤治疗稳定型心绞痛并高脂血症疗效评价

[目的]评价血府逐瘀汤合栝蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗稳定型心绞痛并高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]将68例稳定型心绞痛并高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组36例,对照组32例,对照组给予硝酸酯类,阿司匹林等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,加血府逐瘀汤合栝蒌薤白半夏汤加减口服,观察两组患者治疗4周后的症状、心电图及总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)改善情况。[结果]治疗组症状、心电图改善优于对照组(P<0.05),TC、TG及LDL-C改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]西药加血府逐瘀汤合栝蒌薤白半夏汤加减对稳定性心绞痛并高脂血症的疗效优于单纯的西药治疗。

Xuefuzhuyu Decoction and Trichosanthes Xiebai Decoction the Treatment of Stable Angina pectoris and Hyperlipidemia Evaluation

[ Objective ] To evaluate Xuefuzhuyu Tang trichosanthes Xiebai Banxia decoction treatment of unstable angina and the clinical effect of hyperlipidemia. [Method]68 cases of unstable angina pectoris in patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases,32 cases of the control group, control group given nitrates, aspirin and other conventional treatment. Treatment group in the control group conventional treatment on the basis of the increase Xuefuzhuyu Tang Trichosanthes Xiebai Banxia decoction oral observed 2 patients with symptoms after four weeks,ECG and total cholesterol (TC) ,triglyceride (TG) and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C) to improve the situation. [Results] The symptoms of the treatment group,ECG improvement than the control group (P <0.05) ,TC,TG and LDL - C to improve the situation better than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion]The western medicine plus Xuefuzhuyu Tang trichosanthes Xiebai Banxia decoction of unstable angina and hyperlipidemia treatment is better than western medicine.
