钛网联合钛钢板内固定用于不稳定型下颈椎骨折治疗的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨钛网联合钛钢板内固定用于治疗不稳定型下颈椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2008年1月至2011年10月于我院住院手术应用钛网联合钛钢板内固定治疗的不稳定型下颈椎骨折患者32例,对所有患者临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者手术时间(90~180)min,平均120min,术中出血量(10~100)mL,平均出血量40mL,所有患者均未出现并发症,术后无咽痛、吞咽困难,所有伤口均I期愈合,1例出现肺部感染情况。术后Frankel分级评分,A级0例,B级9例,C级14例,D级6例,E级3例。结论钛网联合钛钢板内固定治疗不稳定型下颈椎骨折具有较好的临床疗效,能有效改善患者颈椎生理弯曲,改善颈椎稳定性,临床疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the titanium mesh combined with titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of unstable lower cervical spine fractures. Methods From 2008January -2011October in our hospital operation application of titanium mesh combined with titanium plate fixation in the treatment of unstable lower cervical spine fracture patients with 32 cases, all patients on clinical treatment effects were retrospectively analyzed. Results in this group of patients with operation time (90-180) min, the mean 120min, amount of intraoperative bleeding (10-100)mL, 40ml average bleeding volume, all patients had no complications, no postoperative sore throat, difficulty swallowing, all wound 1 healing period, l cases of pulmonary infection. Postoperative Frankel grading score, Grade A in 0 cases, B9 cases, C14 cases, D6 cases, E3 cases. Conclusion Titanium mesh combined with titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of unstable lower cervical spine fracture and has good clinical curative effect, can effectively improve the patients of cervical physiological curvature of cervical spine, improved stability, significant clinical effect.
