十二指肠溃疡出血诱发因素分析及护理

对62例十二指肠溃疡出血诱发因素进行分析,认为与精神紧张、药物因素、不良饮食和生活习惯、应激性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌、间断用药及其它因素有关。护理上主要通过以上诱发因素知识的健康教育,作好心理疏导,禁用对胃粘膜损伤的药物,加强饮食生活监护,预防应激性溃疡,控制HP感染,强调持续服药,有效地预防十二指肠溃疡出血,提高治愈率。

The causative factors and nursing of duodenum ulcer bleeding

In this study, an analysis was carried out to investigate the factors resulting in duodenum ulcer bleeding. The results showed the factors involved tension, drug, bad dietetic behavior, stress ulcer, helicobacter pyloric (HP) infection, irregular medicament, etc. Aiming at them, nursing care included health guidance, psychological relaxation, discontinuation of caustic drugs, dietetic care, treatment and prevention of stress ulcer, control of HP infection, and regular treatment of duodenum ulcer to prevent bleeding and promote healing of duodenum ulcer.
