从制度经济学看农村合作制度难以建立的原因

新制度经济学认为，有效的组织形式是社会经济发展中极其重要的社会资源。农民合作制度的重要意义在于把分散的农民通过正式或非正式的组织，形成社区农民间的合作，实现以一定区域为边界、以社区利益和共同规范的认同为基础的社区的自治。文章试图从制度经济学的角度分析当前情况下新型农民合作制度难以建立的原因，探悉经济制度、政治体制、文化习俗对农村合作制度发展的影响。

The Reasons for Rural Cooperation System Hard to Set Up from Institutional Economics Angle

New institutional economics regards the effective organization form as one of the extremely important social resources in social economic development. The important meaning of the rural cooperation system lies in the forming of cooperation among scattered peasants through official or unofficial organizations and realizing community self-management of certain areas on the base of the recognition of community's interests and common norms. This article attempts to analyze the reasons from institutional economics angle why new type rural cooperation system is hard to set up, and to find out the impact of economic system, political system and cultural customs on the development of rural cooperation system.
