| 摘 要： | 目的:观察后路短节段联合伤椎置钉固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法:选择胸腰段椎体骨折患者54例,采用后路短节段内固定联合伤椎置钉的手术方法进行治疗,对患者术前术后的X线片进行测量,测量其伤椎高度恢复的比例以及后凸角度的纠正情况。结果:术前骨折椎体高度(57.5±16.4)%,节段后凸角度(20.7±9.5)°;术后骨折椎体高度(93.5±11.5)%,节段后凸角度(5.9±7.4)°。手术前后骨折椎体高度和节段后凸角度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:有条件地应用伤椎置钉技术有利于后路术中复位以及纠正后凸畸形,并且增加内固定系统的强度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the joint posterior short segment pedicle screw fixation for vertebral thoracolumbar spinal fracture effect.Methods Patients with thoracolumbar fractures,54 cases with posterior short-segment pedicle screw fixation with vertebral surgical methods for treatment,before and after surgery the patient x-ray films were measured vertebral height measured recovery rate and kyphotic angle to correct the situation.Results Preoperative vertebral height（57.5±16.4）%,segmental kyphosis angle（20.7±9.5）°;postoperative vertebral height（93.5±11.5）%,segmental kyphosis（5.9±7.4）°.Postoperative vertebral height and segmental kyphosis different chips were statistically significant（P0.001）.Conclusion The application of conditional vertebral pedicle screw technology in favor and the posterior reduction surgery to correct kyphosis,and increase the strength of fixation. |
