硫酸镁与舒利迭联合吸入治疗儿童哮喘疗效观察及其临床意义

目的:探讨硫酸镁加舒利迭联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支管哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法:将40例哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为硫酸镁加舒利迭联合吸入组和单用舒利迭吸入组。吸入舒利迭的剂量为1.75～2.50 mg/次,单用舒利迭组加2 ml生理盐水,联合组加2 ml的7.5%硫酸镁溶液。观察两组治疗前后呼吸、心率和血压;测量治疗前及治疗后10 min、20 min最大呼气峰流速(PEFR)。结果:联合组PEFR明显高于单用舒利迭组,联合组PEFR增加百分比是单用舒利迭组的2倍(P<0.05),联合组治疗前PEFR越低治疗后PEFR上升越高。硫酸镁呼入治疗后无一例患儿出现血压下降等不良反应。结论:哮喘急性发作患儿在舒利迭吸入的基础上加用硫酸镁吸入有更好的治疗效果,联合用药具有非常肯定的临床意义。

Observation and chinaical significance of magnesium combined seretide inhalation in the treatment of child asthma

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of magnesium combined seretide inhalation in the treatment of child asthma.Method In terms of methodology,40 cases of childhood asthmatic acute onset were gathered and randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with agnesium combined seretide inhalation,and the other with seretide-alone inhalation.The inhalation used 2 ml saline water,and the combined therapy group used 2 ml 7.5% bitter salt solution.Before and after the treatment,the breath,the herrt rate and the blood pressure of the two groups of patients were observed,and PEFR of 10 min and 20 min were measured.Results The study was that the PEFR of the combinede therapy group with agnesium combined seretide inhalation was obviously higher than that of the seretide-alone inhalation group.The increase percentage of PEFR of the former was two times that of the latter（P0.05）.As for the PEFR of the combined therapy group,the lower before treatment,the higher after treatment.After the bitter salt inhalation treatrment,no children patients with acute onset of asthma had such adverse reactions as low blood pressure.Conclusion This study is that on the basis of sertide inhalation treatment,combining bitter salt inhalation has a better curative effect on children patients with acute onset of asthma,and this kind of medical combination is clinically positive and significant.
