| 摘 要： | 本文针对军队疗养院疗养服务管理模式存在的问题进行分析,提出构建疗养服务管理新模式,以利用好有限的疗养资源,最大限度地发挥疗养院作用,为再生成和提升部队战斗力以促进离退休干部的身心健康服务.

| Abstract: | In this article,the problems in present convalesce service management were analyzed,and the strategies were proposed to establish new convalesce service management model for the military sanatorium,with which to make good use of limited health resources,maximize the role of sanatorium,for the regeneration and enhance the combat effectiveness and the promotion of the physical and mental health services of cadres. |
