我院中药注射剂重点监测品种的临床应用状况评价

目的:分析重点监测品种中中成药注射剂的使用情况,为进一步合理使用中成药注射剂提供干预依据。方法:统计兴山县人民医院2011年5个中药注射剂8个品规的应用量、用药频度及科室分布情况,抽查150份中药注射剂病历,对适应证、给药途径、剂量进行调查,对照《中成药临床应用指导原则》评价不合理用药现象。结果:中成药注射剂不合理用药主要表现在未辨证选药而超适应证用药、用药剂量偏大、使用疗程偏长等方面。结论:兴山县人民医院中药注射剂的临床应用存在不合理应用现象,需进一步规范。

Evaluation on the clinical application of chinese medicine injection monitoring varieties

Objective:To analyze the using situation of traditional chinese medicine injection in the key monitoring varieties.In order to provide basis for the reasonable use of traditional chinese medicine.Methods:To count the dosage,use medicine using frequency and distribution in department of 5 traditional chinese medicine(8 norm).150 traditional chinese medicine injections were selected,indication,administration route and dosage were investigated.To evaluate the unreasonable use medicine using situation with guiding principles of clinical application of traditional chinese medicine.Results:Traditional chinese medicine injections irrational drug use mainly in dialectical drug selection and more than indications of medication,the dose is too large,a longer length of use treatment.Conclusion:The clinical applications of traditional chinese medicine injections in the people′s hospital of Xingshan county exist irrational,need to further standard their specification.
