不同剂型清开灵中黄芩苷含量测定方法的改进

目的改进不同剂型清开灵中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相为水-甲醇-冰醋酸（体积比55∶45∶1）;检测波长为274 nm;流速为1 mL.min-1。结果黄芩苷的质量浓度在0.01057-0.2114 mg.mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999;精密度、重复性、稳定性及加样回收率结果均能满足分析要求。结论本法可行、准确,可为不同剂型清开灵药品的标准修订提供依据。

Improvement of the determination methods for the content of baicalin in different preparations of Qingkailing

Objective To improve the determination method for the content of the baicalin in different preparations of Qingkailing. Methods Baicalin was analyzed on an Agilent TC-C18 colum （ 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of water-methanol-acetic acid （55： 45：1 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 274 nm. Results Baicalin had a good linearity in the range of 0. 010 57 - 0.211 4 mg· mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） with satisfied precision, repeatability, stability and recover＇. Conclusion This method was practicable and accurate, and it provided the basis for revision of the standards.
