多波长氪离子激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效观察

目的观察多波长氪离子激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法采用多波长氪离子激光对100例（185只眼）Ⅲ～Ⅳ期糖尿病视网膜病变患者，根据病变的性质、部位和屈光间质情况选择不同波长激光进行不同方法视网膜光凝，术前进行视力、裂隙灯、眼底和眼底荧光血管造影检查，术后随访12～36个月，平均22个月。结果显效98只眼，占52．97％，有效74只眼，占（40％），无效13只眼，占7．03％，随访其间未见严重并发症发生。结论多波长氪离子激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变具有优越性，可根据病变不同情况选择不同的波长进行治疗，能提高或保存患者的视力。

To observe the therapeutic effect of different wavelength krypton lasers in treatment of diabetic retinopathy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of different wavelength krypton lasers on diabetic retinopathy. Methods 100 cases （ 185 eyes ） of diabetic retinopathy in the stages of Ⅲ - Ⅳ were treated with different wavelength krypton lasers panretinalphotocoagulation, according to the characteristics and the different manifestations of the affected eyes. The visual acuity, slit-lamp, ophthalmoscopy and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed preoperatively. The patients were followed up for 12 to36 months （mean 18 months）. Results 98 eyes （52.97% ） were markedly effective, 74 eyes （40%） were moderately effective and 13 eyes （7.03%） were no effect. No serious complication was found. Conclusion Different wavelength krypton lasers is good for treating diabetic retinopathy. Different wavelengths should be selected according to the different manifestation of the affected eyes. It certainly can improve the visual acuity at certain extent or least keep the visual acuity.
