柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤治疗胃脘痛疗效观察

目的：观察柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法：将90例肝郁脾虚型胃脘痛患者随机分成甲组与乙组各45例。甲组给予柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤加减治疗胃脘痛，乙组常规给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗胃痛，7天为1个疗程，治疗两个疗程后对比分析两组疗效。结果甲组患者总有效率为88.9％，乙组患者总有效率为71.1％，两组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：辨证应用柴胡桂枝汤合理中汤治疗胃脘痛疗效优于单纯西药口服。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction Combined with Lizhong Decoction on the Treatment of Epigastric Pain

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction on the treatment of epigastric pain. Method： 90 cases with epigastric pain of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome were randomly divided in to group A and group B. Each group has 45 cases. Group A was given Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction to treat epigastric pain. Group B was given omeprazole enteric-coated capsule. One course included 7 days. After two courses, the curative efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result：the total effective rate of Group A was 88.9%and Group B was 71.1%. The difference between the two group was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Treating epigastric pain with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Lizhong Decoction on the basis of syndrome differentiation has a better curative efficacy than just taking western medicine orally.
