中药足浴联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗多发性跖疣

目的：观察中药足浴配合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法：对75例多发性跖疣患者随机分为2组，治疗组45例，每日给予中药浴足后，外涂咪喹莫特乳膏；对照组30例每日给予咪喹莫特软膏联合重组人干扰素α-2b乳膏外擦；4周为1个疗程，用药3个疗程观察疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为91.11%，对照组有效率为70.33%，两者差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药足浴配合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗跖疣疗效满意，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris with Traditional Chinese Medicine podiatric bath combined with Imiquimod Cream

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine podiatric bath combined with imiquimod cream on multiple verruca plantaris. Methods：75 patients with multiple verruca plantaris were randomly assigned into two groups, 45 patients in the treatment group were given external administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine podiatric bath combined with imiquimod cream, while 30 patients in the control group were given imiquimod cream combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b cream, 4 weeks as a course. After three course, the curative effect was observed. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%while that of the control group was 70.33%and the differences were significant（P＜0.05） . Conclusion：The treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine podiatric bath combined with imiquimod cream is effective for multiple verruca plantaris which is worthy of promotion.
