通心络对糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效

目的：研究通心络对糖尿病合并冠心病的疗效。方法：将2型糖尿病合并冠心病的患者80例随机分为治疗组（ZL）及对照组（DZ），治疗组在常规的基础上加用通心络。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，治疗后C反应蛋白水平明显下降，能明显改善患者临床症状，且以上有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：通心络能减弱冠脉的炎症反应，改善患者冠心病相关症状。

Effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on CHD and Diabetes Mellitus

Objective：To survey effects of Tongxinluo capsule on CHD and diabetes mellitus. Methods：80 cases of coronary heart disease with diabetes patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group;the treatment group took the Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional treatment. Results：After treatment, compared with the control group the c-reactive protein level of the treatment group obviously declined while the clinical symptoms were significantly improved;the difference between the two groups had statistically significance （P＜0.01）.Conclusion：Tongxinluo capsule can reduce coronary stent restenosis rates and improve related symptoms.
