摘 要: | 目的:探讨复方丹参饮对胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的影响。方法:取健康成年Wistar雄性大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药预防组、中药治疗组、罗格列酮组,每组12只。采用高脂高糖高胆固醇饮食建立大鼠IR模型;各组大鼠灌胃给药16周后,采用酶免法检测各组大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,除中药预防组,其余各组ICAM-1、VCAM-1含量均增加(P0.05);与模型对照组比较,罗格列酮组及中药预防组、治疗组均能减少ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量(P0.05)。结论:复方丹参饮可以抑制血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1的表达,防治血管内皮损伤。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of compound Danshen decoction on expressions of serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in rats with IR.Methods:60 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Chinese medicine prevention group,Chinese medicine therapy group and rosiglitazone group,each group contained 12 rats,rats were fed high-fat,high-carbonhydrate and high cholesterol diet,each group were intragastric administration the corresponding medicine for 16 weeks,using ELISA method to determine the content of ICAM-1,VCAM-1 in serum of rats.Results:To compare with normal group,the serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 contents in every group were inereased except prevention group (P 〈 0.05),to compare with model group,the contents of serum ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were significantly decreased in compound Danshen decoction prevention and treatment group and rosiglitazone group.Conclusion:Compound Danshen decoction can inhibit the expressions of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 to prevent IR. |
