中西医结合治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效，为临床提供有效的治疗方案。方法：选取2013年6月-2014年5月在我院治疗的高位复杂性肛瘘患者40例为研究对象，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，每组20例，两组均采用西医手术治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中药内服外治，观察并分析两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为100％；对照组有效率为80.0%，治疗组的治疗效果要显著优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：采用中西医结合治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效显著，值得在临床上推广与应用。

Analysis of the Treatment of High Complex Anal Fistula by TCM Combined with Western Medicine

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicineon high complex anal fistula and provide effective therapy for the clinical. Methods：40 cases with high complex anal fistula who were treated in our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 May as the research object, were, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with operation treatment, based on which the treatment group was added oral and external Chinese medicine treatment. And the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results： the effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, the control group was 80%, and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion： the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on high complex anal fistula is favorable and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
