| 摘 要： | 目的根据加味黄芪建中汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效,探讨其抗消化性溃疡的作用机制。方法采用100%乙酸诱导的慢性胃溃疡模型,观察胃溃疡黏膜的病理切片及测定血浆内皮素（ET-1）、超氧化歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）的水平。结果加味黄芪建中汤能促进胃溃疡黏膜的愈合,降低ET-1、MDA水平,提高SOD水平。结论加味黄芪建中汤对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡具有明显的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the action mechanism of modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on acetic acid gastric ulcer in rat according to the clinical efficacy. Methods 100% acetic acid induced chronic gastric ulcer model were used and the pathological section of gastric ulcer mucosa,the endothelin（ET-1）,the suproxide dismutase（SOD） and the malondiadehyde（MDA） in plasma were observed. Results Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction can accelerate ulcer healing,reduce the level of the ET-1 and MDA,and improve the level of the SOD. Conclusion Modified Huangqi Jianzhong decoction has obvious effect on acetic acid gastric ulcer in rat. |
