重组腺病毒p53基因联合TACE介入治疗原发性肝癌的探讨

目的探讨重组腺病毒p53基因（rAd-p53）联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全可行性。方法对临床明确诊断为原发性肝癌的16例患者,采用动脉途径rAd-p53＋TACE联合介入治疗,治疗30 d后按照2001年《肝癌介入治疗规范化条例（草案）》标准进行疗效评价。结果明显好转5例,好转6例,稳定4例,进展或恶化1例,除出现部分病人腹痛,发热,轻微恶心,咳嗽及短期内一过性丙氨酸和天冬氨酸氨基转氨酶升高外,未出现其他不良反应及并发症。结论动脉途径rAd-p53联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌是安全可行的,近期疗效满意。

Analysis on recombinant adenovirus p53 gene combined with TACE in treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of recombinant adenovirus p53 agent（rAd-p53） with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） in treatment of primary hepatic cacinoma（PHC）.Methods Sixteen PHC cases were operated with rAd-p53 and TACE.After 30 days treatment,the efficacy was evaluated according to the criterion of interventional treatment.The symptoms and side effects were also observed.Results 5 cases were heal,6 cases were improved,4 cases were stable and 1 case was worsened.Some patients had self-limited fever,abdominal pain,nausea and cough,short-term aspartate transcarbamoylase and alanine aminotranferase increased and no other abnormality was observed.Conclusion Arterial injection of rAd-p53 combined with TACE to treat PHC is safe and effective in short-term treatment.
