| 摘 要： | 目的评价阿立哌唑和氯氮平对精神分裂患者的疗效及安全性。方法对118例首发精神分裂症患者随机分成2组。分别给予阿立哌唑和氯氮平治疗。应用PANSS量表评定对患者治疗前,及治疗后第2、4、6、12周末进行症状评定,作为疗效评价指标。并相应进行心电图监测1次,进行比较分析。结果①2组于12周末进行PANSS量表评定。阿立派唑组患者的有效率为79.7%,氯氮平组患者的有效率为81.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②12周末阿立哌唑组患者心电图改变为25.4%,氯氮平组患者心电图改变为62.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效与氯氮平相当,而对心电图的影响明显低于氯氮平。

| Abstract: | Objective Purpose of the study is to compare the effects aripiprazole andclozapine and to search the optimal usage of both these medicine.Methods One hundred and eighteen schizoprenic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Every subject was abministered therapeutic doage respectively over three month.Results The curative effect with aripiprazole and clozapine is consistency.The side effects of aripiprazole is 25.4%(ECG).The side effects of clozapine is 62.7%(ECG).Conclusion Try to avoid side effects when administering clozapine |
