硝酸铈对皮肤缺损创面愈合作用的实验研究

摘    要:
目的 :研究硝酸铈对皮肤缺损创面愈合的影响。方法 :以后背全层皮肤缺损的大鼠为动物模型 ,将浸有 2 0mmol/L、4 0mmol/L、80mmol/L浓度硝酸铈溶液的纱布 ,湿敷鼠背皮肤缺损创面上 ,于术后第 2h、2d、4d、6d、8d、10d ,肉眼观察愈合情况 ,利用图象分析仪计算创面面积。于术后第 5d、10d、2 0d用流式细胞技术 ,检查真皮组织的细胞增殖周期情况。结果 :( 1)硝酸铈能加速创面愈合 ,各浓度组与对照组比较均有极显著的差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中以 2 0mmol/L浓度硝酸铈效果最佳。 ( 2 )采用流式细胞技术 ,计算S期所占的百分比了解创面真皮组织细胞增殖情况 ,实验发现外敷硝酸铈的创面 ,真皮组织细胞增殖均较对照组活跃 ,其中 2 0mmol/L浓度影响最大。结论 :2 0mmol/L、4 0mmol/L、80mmol/L硝酸铈对创面愈合及真皮细胞增殖皆有明显的促进作用 ,各组比较 ,以 2 0mmol浓度疗效最佳

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of cerium nitrate on wound healing. Methods: Thirty six healthy adult SD rats in dorsal part trauma model were randomly divided into 20 mmol/L cerium nitrate (group A), 40 mmol/L cerium nitrate (group B), 80 mmol/L cerinum nitrate (group C), and distilled water treated as control group (group D), with nine rats for each group. The process of healing was observed and the remained wound area was measured. The mean wound healing time was also calculated. Furthermore,S phase of the dermal cell cycle was measured with Flow Cytometry (FCM).Results:(1) Wet cerium nirate dressing could speed up wound healing. The wound healing of control group was statistically slower than that in treated group and the remained wound area of control group was statistically bigger than those in treated groups. Among the treated groups, 40 mmol/L showed the best effect.(2)The percentage of S phase in treated groups were statistically higher than that on control group.Conclusion:20 mmol/L,40 mmol/L,and 80 mmol/L of cerium nitrate can speed up wound healing and promote cell proliferation.
