| 摘 要： | 目的：建立潞党参中总黄酮含量的分光光度测定法。方法：以芦丁为标准品,采用分光光度法测定了潞党参中总黄酮的含量。结果：芦丁在7.96～47.76μg/ml的范围内呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.60%,测得潞党参中总黄酮含量为0.98%。结论：该方法简单可行,灵敏度高,测定结果可靠,可用于测定潞党参中总黄酮含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish spectrophotometry method for the determination of the total flavonoids in codonopsis pilosula. Methods：： Used rutin as a standard substance, the content of total flavonoids in codonopsis pilosula was determined by spectrophotometer. Results： The linear range of rutin was 7.96-47.76 μg/ml. The average recoveries was 99.60%. The content of total flavonoids in codonopsis pilosula was 0.98%. Conclusion： The method is simple and feasible, sensitive, reliable and can be used to determine the total flavonoids in codonopsis pilosula. |
