| 摘 要： | 目的：了解本院不合理用药处方的情况,提高处方质量,督导临床医师和指导患者合理用药。方法：随机抽取门诊处方3076张,从中挑出不合理用药处方进行归类分析。结果：不合理用药处方73张,不合格率为2.37%。结论：本院存在一定程度的不合理用药现象。

| Abstract: | Objective： To understand the situation of irrational drug use in our hospital, improve the quality of prescription, superintend the doctors and guide patients to use drug rationally. Methods： 3 076 prescriptions were extracted from our hospital outpatient prescription, seek out irrational drug prescription for sortting out analysis. Results： 73 prescriptions of irrational drug use, unqualified rate was 2.37%. Conclusion： The phenomenon of irrational drug use still exist in some extent in our hospital. |
