不同药物治疗儿童阵发性室上性心动过速疗效观察

目的：对患有阵发性室上性心动过速的儿童患者进行治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法：随机抽取2007年1月～2011年1月在本院就诊的患有阵发性室上性心动过速的80例儿童患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组40例。分别采用静脉注射三磷酸腺苷和静脉注射心律平的方法对上述两组患者进行治疗。对两组临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应、复发情况进行比较观察。结果：A组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于B组患者,该组患者出现复发现象的人数明显少于B组;两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重的并发症和不良反应现象。结论：对患有阵发性室上性心动过速的儿童患者采用静脉注射三磷酸腺苷的方法进行治疗的效果十分明显,主要具有安全可靠、复发率低、并发症和副作用低等特点,临床可将该药物作为今后对该类患者进行治疗的常规药物使用。

Clinical treatment observation of different drugs on children with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objective： To analyze the clinical effects for children with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods： Eighty chidlren with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia treated in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2011 were randomly divided into group A and group B with 40 patients for each group. Patients of group A received the intravenous injection of adenosine triphosphate while patients of group B received the intravenous injection of propafenone. The clinical effects, complications and adverse reactions during the treatment and recurrent events of the two groups were compared. Results： The analysis results showed that patients of group A had significantly higher effective rate than patients of group B in the clinical effects, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; Patients of group A had significantly fewer recurrent events than patients of group B, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; Patients of both groups had no occurrence of severe complications and adverse reactions during the treatment, with no significantly statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The application of intravenous injection of adenosine triphosphate in children with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia has significant curative effects, low recurrence rate, no specific complications and adverse reactions, thereby can be used as the preferred method of treating this type of patients.
