| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎长期不耐药的预测因素。方法对研究组27例拉米夫定治疗5年而未出现耐药的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者和对照组拉米夫定治疗16个月出现耐药的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者,进行基线情况及抗病毒早期疗效的回顾分析。结果两组的性别、年龄组成无显著差异,研究组的基线病毒载量低于对照组,而抗病毒12周、24周时病毒转阴率、ALT复常率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗组第1年及第5年HBeAg转阴率/转换率并未有明显提高(P>0.05)。结论基线病毒载量、12周时病毒转阴率、ALT复常率对患者长期不耐药的有预测作用,但对HBeAg转换率无预测作用。
