特异性抗原免疫疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

摘    要:
目的:探讨特异性抗原免疫治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法:87例根据典型临床症状、体征,经过敏原点剌试验、血清尘螨特异性IgE测定、血清ECP检测确诊为常年性变应性鼻炎的患者给予粉尘螨注射液皮下注射1次/周,观察患者症状、体征变化,评定疗效;同时观察患者不良反应情况。结果:87例常年性变应性鼻炎患者经粉尘螨注射液免疫治疗,总有效率90.80%;显效率67.81%(其中症状消失者达55.17%);无效率9.19%。无严重不良反应。结论:应用粉尘螨抗原制剂对变应性鼻炎患者进行免疫治疗,正确掌握适应证和方法,疗效良好、安全。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of specific immunotherapy in allergic rhinitis treatment.Methods Eighty-seven patients diagnosed as perennial allergic rhinitis by typical clinical symptom,sign,skin prick test and measurement of dermatophagoides farinae-specific IgE and ECP were given subcutaneous injection with dermatophagoides farinae once a week.Then the changes of symptom and sign were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of immuotherapy.Meanwhile,the adverse reaction of immunotherapy was observed.Results The total effective rate of immunotherapy of dermatophagoides farinae injection was 90.8%,the markedly effective rate was 67.81%(the symptom disappearance rate was 55.17%),the ineffective rate was 9.19%.No serious adverse reaction was reported.Conclusion The efficacy and safety of immunotherapy with dermatophagoides farinae injection are satisfying as long as with the correct administration and indication control.
