基质金属蛋白酶-9、磷酸化的促血管生成素受体-2在肌肉血管瘤中的表达及意义

摘    要:
目的:检测肌肉血管瘤血管畸形组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及磷酸化的促血管生成素受体(Tie2)的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:收集肌肉血管瘤标本39例、正常颅面部皮下组织标本10例,采用ABC免疫组化染色检测MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2的表达。结果:MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2在肌肉血管瘤组织中的阳性表达远高于在正常皮下组织中的表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其表达的强度在不同病程、瘤体大小、部位及浸润程度的病例中无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-9、磷酸化的Tie2可能参与肌肉血管瘤发生、发展。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9)and Phospho-Tie2 in intramuscular hemangioma.Methods:Specimens of 39 intramuscular hemangiomas and 10 normal subcutaneous tissues in the faces were collected.The ABC immunohistochemical stain was used to investigate the expression of MMP-9 and Phospho-Tie2 in these samples.Results:The expression levels of MMP-9 and Phospho Tie2 were significantly higher in intramuscular heman- giomas than in normal subcutaneous tissues(P<0.01).Their positive intensity had no significant difference statistically among the cases of different courses,locations,dimensions and infiltration degrees.Conclusion:MMP-9 and Phospho-Tie2 may be in- volved in the pathogenesis and development of intramuscular bemangioma.
