| 摘 要： | 目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗心肌梗死并心力衰竭的临床疗效及对再住院率的影响。方法:将2007年6月-2010年6月我院72例心肌梗死并心力衰竭患者随机均分为2组,对照组36例采用常规治疗,观察组36例在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,tid,2组疗程均为6个月。观察、比较治疗后2组的临床疗效、心功能状态及对再住院率的影响。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后测量左心室收缩末内径(LVESd)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后LVESd、LVEDd及LVEF改善状况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的再住院率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗心肌梗死并心力衰竭,能够明显提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能状况,降低再住院率。
