北京降压0号与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

目的:比较北京降压0号与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗轻、中度原发性高血压(即原发性高血压1～2级)的降压疗效和安全性。方法:北京降压0组用北京降压0号治疗35例轻、中度高血压,并与苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗30例轻、中度高血压进行对照。结果:北京降压0号治疗轻、中度高血压的总有效率88.57%,苯磺酸氨氯地平的总有效率90.00%,两组降压疗效相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);而两组患者治疗前后的血压变化,各自都有显著性差异(P<0.01);两组均无严重不良反应(两组发生药物不良反应分别为8.57%、10.0%)。结论:北京降压0号每日口服用1次,可以显著、平稳地降低血压,无严重药物不良反应,患者服药依从性高;苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压病疗效好,安全。

Comparison of the curative effect of Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 and amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension

Objective:To compare the anti-hypertensive effect and safety of Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 and amlodipine besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension(grade 1~2).Methods:Taking amlodipine besylate as the control group,the indices in 35 and 30 patients with essential hypertension(grade 1~2) treated respectively with Beijing ant-hypertensive N0.0 or amlodipine besylate were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 88.57% in Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 group and 90.00% in the control group,without significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in blood pressure changes before and after treatment in both group respectively(P<0.01).Severe adverse reaction was not found in both groups(The incidence of medicamentous adverse reaction in Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 group and amlodipine besylate group was 8.57% and 10.0% respectively).Conclusion:Taking Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 once a day can remarkably reduce blood pressure,without severe adverse reaction,it is easy to take and be accepted by patients.Both Beijing anti-hypertensive N0.0 and amlopipine besylate are safe and effective in the treatment of essential hypertension.
