高血压病中医诊治谈

高血压病是临床危害较大的常见疾病,现代医学飞速发展,在高血压的诊治上也有较大的突破,显著改善了高血压病的预后.但临床上即使有效控制了高血压患者的血压,高血压病所造成心脑血管的损害,仍没有最终得到解决.因此,运用中医理论,积极探索高血压病的中医诊治思路,采用中医、中西医结合的方法治疗高血压病,才能使高血压患者得到最大的利益.

Hypertension Diagnosis and Treatment on Traditional Chinese Medicine

Basing on the theory of TCM and author's clinical practice,the thought of hypertension diagnosis and treatment on TCM is put forward.Hypertension can be named as "vertigo" in TCM,while it should be described as its main symptom if vertigo is not included.Clinically,hypertension is mostly manifested by excessive and yang syndrome,but prolonged hypertension will lead to the damage of viscera's ying-yang,Qi and blood.So six type syndrome differentiation is advanced.For differentiation,syndrome is more important than diease.Although yang-syndrome is observed frequently,yin-syndrome is not few in clinic.
