醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的临床分析

目的观察醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将84例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用常规治疗,观察组42例另予醒脑静注射液。对比观察治疗前后两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但观察组较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后血肿体积、水肿体积较治疗前明显缩小,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并且观察组治疗后水肿体积小于对照组治疗后水平,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而观察组治疗后血肿体积与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血患者可明显改善神经功能状态,减轻脑水肿,提高临床疗效。

The Clinical Analysis of Xingnaojing Injection in Treatment with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of xingnaojing injection in treatment with acute cerebral hemorrhage. METHOD From January 2008 to January 2009, 84 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, control group with 42 cases was treated with normal therapy and observation group with 42 cases was treated with xingnaojing injection. The effective rate, neurologie impairment degree, hematoma volume and edema volume between the two groups were compared. RESULTS The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the neurologie impairment degree were significantly decreased in both groups（P〈0.05）. Moreover, neurologic impairment degree in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the hematoma volume and edema volume were significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0.05）. Moreover, edema volume in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈 0.05）but hematoma volume was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION Xingnaojing injection in treatment with acute cerebral hemorrhage is an effective method, which can improve the neurologic function and lighten cerebral edema.
