摘    要:目的对比分析男女性生殖道支原体感染药敏谱.方法:收集皮肤性病科的泌尿生殖道感染患者标本200 例,按感染性别的不同,分为男性组125 例,女性组,共计75 例.采集并比较服用抗生素前样本.结果:男性组与女性组患者支原体对交沙霉素、强力霉素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星和克林霉素敏感性有差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0. 05),其中交沙霉素对支原体最敏感;男性组和女性组患者的解尿支原体、人型支原体、混合两者感染有差异,差异无统计学意义(P〉0. 05).结论:男女性感染支原体的类型无差异,男女性感染支原体对交沙霉素、强力霉素、阿奇霉素、罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星、克林霉素敏感性有差异.

Abstract:Objective To comparatively analyze male and female reproductive tract mycoplasma infection drug sensitivity spec-trum. Methods: 200 genitourinary tract infection specimens in department of dermatology and venerology were collected and dividedinto 125 male cases and female cases. The specimens before taking antibiotics were collected and compared. Results: It was found thatthere were different susceptibility of male group and female group to Josamycin, Doxycycline, Azithromycin, Roxithromycin, Levofloxa-cin, and Clindamycin, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05), in which Josamycin was most sensitive to mycoplas-ma. There were differences of male group and female group in ureaplasma, hominis infections and mixed infections of ureaplasma andhominis, but the differences were not statistically significant (P〉0. 05). Conclusions: There is no difference of male group and femalegroup in the mycoplasma infection types; however, they have different susceptibility to Josamycin, Doxycycline, Azithromycin, Rox-ithromycin, Levofloxacin, and Clindamycin.
