氯氮平联合利培酮替代单用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的研究

目的观察氯氮平联合利培酮与单用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安全性.方法：将60 例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组（氯氮平联合利培酮治疗）30 例和对照组（氯氮平治疗）30 例,疗程12 周,采用临床总体疗效量表CGI 评定疗效,用不良反应量表TESS 评估患者出现的不良反应和安全性.结果：疗程结束时,两组患者疗效无显著性差异,观察组不良反应较少.结论：氯氮平联合利培酮可以替代单用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症,疗效与单用氯氮平相当,不良反应比单用氯氮平小.

Study on Clozapine combined with Risperidone in replacementof single Clozapine in treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Clozapine combined with Risperidone and single Clozapine intreatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Clozapine combined with Risperidonegroup （30 cases） and Clozapine group （30 cases）, and the treatments lasted for 12 weeks. Clinical global impression scale （CGI）was used to assess the efficacy, and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） was selected to assess the adverse reactions and safety.Results： At the end of the treatment, there was no significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups; however, there wereless adverse reactions in Clozapine combined with Risperidone group. Conclusions： Clozapine Combined with Risperidone can replacesingle Clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia, their curative effects are similar, but the former has less adverse reactions.
