上消化道出血患者及家属同时心理干预的效果观察

目的观察对上消化道出血患者及家属同时实施心理干预的临床效果。方法将160例上消化道出血患者随机分为干预组80例和对照组80例,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化心理指导,对照组给予常规护理。结果与对照组相比,干预组再出血发生率显著降低(P<0.05)、平均住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)、患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论对上消化道出血患者及家属同时实施心理干预能显著改善患者临床治疗效果,值得进一步临床应用和推广。

Observation on effect of mental intervention for the both patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and their family members

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mental intervention on both the patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and their family members.Methods 160 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=80) and the control group(n=80).The intervention group was conducted with individualized mental guidance on the basis of conventional nursing while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing only.Results Compared with the control group,the intervention group had lower incidence rate of rehaemorrhagia(P<0.05),shorter mean hospitalization(P<0.05) and higher level of patients satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of mental intervention for both the patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and their family members can improve clinical therapeutic effect significantly,so it is worthy of further application and popularization.
