康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨精神病专科医院开展综合性康复技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法：将100例符合人组标准的慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，即康复组与对照组，每组50例，康复组在常规治疗和护理的基础上，每天由康复护士带领去康复中心参加综合性康复技能训练；对照组只给予常规的康复治疗和护理，两组对照观察6个月。采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）和住院患者护士观察量表（NOSIE）进行效果评定。结果：康复组IPROS各因子及总分与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），各因子评分均优于对照组。康复组NOSIE总分和总积极因素较对照组高，总消极因素较对照组低（P〈o．01）。结论：康复技能训练能显著改善长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者的被动行为，提高患者的生活自理能力和生活质量，延缓衰退，有助于患者的康复，为其重返社会奠定基础。

Effects of rehabilitation training on life quality of chronic schizophrenia

Objective：To study the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation and skills training on life quality of chronic schizophrenia in Professional Psychiatric Hospital. Methods：With methods of random grouping, 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,rehabilitation group（50 patients）and control group（50 patients）, control group after 6 months of normal treatment and nursing , but rehabilitation group after 6 months of normal and comprehensive rehabilitation and skills training were observed. The results were evaluated by IPORS and NOSIE. Results： There were significant differences in rehabilitation group and control group in many ways . （ P 〈 0.01 ） rehabilitation group was higher than control group on total positive factors and was lower than control group on total negative factors （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： comprehensive rehabilitation and skills training can improve dramaticlly the passive behavior of chronic schizophrenia who were hospitalized for a long time , enhance the life quality, slow down aging and contribute to rehabilitation. It will lay the foundations for them returning to the society.
