阿立哌唑联合西酞普兰治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状

目的：探讨阿立哌唑联合西酞普兰治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和不良反应。方法：将60例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组（阿立哌唑加西酞普兰）和对照组（阿立哌唑），每组30例。观察12周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、副反应量表（TESS）分别于治疗前和治疗后4、8、12周分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果：两组治疗后PANSS总分、各因子分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01）。研究组阴性因子分在第4周末较治疗前显著降低（P〈O．05），而对照组阴性因子分则在第8周末显著降低（P〈0．01），且第8、12周末研究组阴性因子分显著低于对照组（P〈O．01）。两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：阿立哌唑联合西酞普兰能明显改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，且安全可靠。

Aripiprazole combined Citalopram in the treatment of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the effect of Aripiprazole combined Citalopram in the treatment of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia. Methods ：60 chronic schizophrenia patients with mainly negative symptoms were randomly divided into study group （n =30） and control group （n = 30） for 12 weeks. The study group was treated by Aripiparazole plus Citalopram, and the control group was only treated by Aripiparazole . The clinical effect and side effects were assessed with PANSS and TESS before and after the treatment of 4,8 and 12 weeks. Results： Compared with before treatment, total, factor scores of PANSS in two groups decreased signifi- cantly after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Negative scores in study group before treatment were significantly lower than after treatment at week 4 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Negative scores in control group before treatment were significantly lower than after treatment at week 8 （P 〈 0.01 ）. Negative scores were significantly lower in study group than in control group at week 8,12 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no difference be- tween the two groups in side effects （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusions： Aripiprazole combined Citalopram has better effect in treatment of negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia patients with high safety.
